We all hate Ethan Page, right?

Me, you, your mom, your mother’s best friend, your great Aunt, your cousin twice removed. He’s quite the hateable guy, and Johnny has unfortunately ran into the upstart several times over the past year since colliding with him at good ol’ AIW. Their feud has seemed to expand even further, and tonight at PWE’s “Summer Sha Bang,” Johnny got another match.

…However, things didn’t go to plan. It seems they never do with All Ego is in the picture.

With Special Guest Referee Rocky Johnson in the picture, Johnny unfortunately didn’t walk out with another win against Ethan Page. Instead, all he earned was a little bit more motivation to absolutely destroy the cocky Canadian in a week’s time at AIW’s Absolution IX.

Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for next week! We’re already writing a snide response for your loss, Ethan.

Xcite has certainly become one of the most exciting wrestling in the Eastern part of the United States, and tonight, Johnny made his return. Heading into a triple threat, Johnny stood toe-to-toe with one man he has a certain history with, AR Fox, as well as the popular Pepper Parks. Binghampton, New York asked for a show, and they certainly got it.

And of course, the result was the same as it always is, Johnny ran out with the victory.

And that’s what you get when you turn down Johnny’s dream match, AR Fox. Absolute brutality. Maybe next time, fellas!

You’re welcome, Texas.

Though Texas is known for several noteworthy Heroes in history, you were finally graced with the presence of wrestling’s finest. Your Hero, Johnny Gargano, headed down to Fort Worth to make his debut for Insane Hardcore Wrestling Entertainment. Taking on Thomas Shire, Johnny, of course, pulled out with the victory, and we’re sure he left Texas as fast as he could.

Congratulations, partner!

There’s nothing like a good ol’ PWG show, and with the Battle of Los Angeles right around the corner, the stakes are higher than ever. Arguably with one of the biggest followings in the PWG audience, Johnny Gargano will be put to the test again in another Number One Contendership match. Unfortunately losing his last one in a four-way against Drake Younger, Chris Hero, and the current champion, Kyle O’Reilly, Johnny now has another chance.

A chance to go on to face Johnny for the third time one-on-one. Facing off against the former champion, Adam Cole, and PWG regular, Roderick Strong, Johnny is set to go in for a heck of a lot of pain.

But that’s certainly never stopped him before. With Adam still livid over his title loss, and Roderick always attempting to prove a point that he’s one of the best in independent wrestling today, Johnny will be forced to go all in, but we have faith he’ll be coming out victorious. After all, we could watch him stand toe-to-toe with Kyle for the rest of our wrestling-loving lives.

Best of luck, Gargano! We’ll be cheering for you.

PS: Avoid the chops.

The show will take place on July 26th, a month and three days before BOLA. First row seats are already sold out, but General Admission will be available at the door. Bell time is at 8:00PM, and the show promises to deliver. If you’re in the Reseda area, as always, be sure to check it out.

If you haven’t heard the name “Biff Busick” you’ve been living under a rock, and genuinely feel bad for you. After a less than swell weekend with the DGUSA/Evolve roster, Johnny headed into New York with one thing on his mind: Redemption. Recently losing the Open the Freedom Gate championship after 873 days, Johnny had something to prove. A victory was vital, and he looked for just that against the rising star.

…Unfortunately, the events didn’t go as smoothly as we would’ve liked. Not only did Johnny lose to Biff by a Dragon Sleeper a day before his “I Quit” match with Rich Swann, he also dislocated his jaw. Johnny is now out of action for the rest of the weekend, and for an amount of time that we aren’t currently certain of. However, we wish him the best.

No injury is a small injury, especially in a profession that goes by a weekend-by-weekend basis, and we are wishing him a speedy recovery. Get well soon, Johnny! We need our Hero now more than ever.

It doesn’t matter how many times they compete, Matt Cross and Johnny Gargano always bring it.

In a first round match up in the Smash Wrestling Title tournament, the two longtime friends reminded everyone just why they are two of the best faces in independent wrestling today. The two men were willing to do anything to obtain the victory, even with Johnny pulling at Cross’ infamous beard, but it seemingly wasn’t enough to gain the victory. Though he gave his all in the E-Zone in Toronto, Johnny fell victim to Cross and was officially removed from the title tournament.

We’re sorry, buddy. We’ll get you some gold!

We’ll keep our eyes and ears out for the DVD and when it’s able to be purchased, because we are positive that this is a match that you won’t want to miss.

Remember that remarkable, impressive victory that Johnny had back at DREAMWAVE’s Misfortune event? The one where he beat out 18 other men with his pinky finger to win the Lethal Lottery Battle Royal after winning a tag match earlier on, and carrying Nick Brubaker throughout the entire thing? Well, by winning that match, Johnny earned a title show at DREAMWAVE’s coveted prize: The DREAMWAVE World Title, currently held by Christian Rose.

With several victories in his pocket, it seemed that Johnny was rushing in for the victory — surely, he was on the path to gold. However, things didn’t necessarily go according to plan. Christian Rose walked out, just how he walked in: As the DREAMWAVE World Champion. We’re sure his victory was obtained through illegal means — I mean, who wouldn’t pay off a referee to get a victory over the Great, Johnny Gargano?

But nonetheless, Johnny headed home without the gold.

Maybe next time, buddy!

Suffice to say, we were as upset as you when we found out that the Panda Express wouldn’t be wrestling at tonight’s show in Cleveland,  Ohio. However, things quickly picked up at the sight of Johnny’s replacement partner, a man who has quickly become one of the most exciting and must watch stars in professional wrestling, ACH! After months upon months of interference and overall annoyance towards both Ethan Page and Louis Lyndon, Johnny had something to prove, and tonight seemingly didn’t wind up being the night in which he gets the revenge he so very much deserves.

Unfortunately, Ethan and Louis obtained the victories in a very, very good match.

However, we’re still bitter. And we still think Gargano’s the actual Green Ranger. So there!

You’ll get ’em next time, boys!

Imagine doing anything for 60 minutes straight.

If you’re me, you’re just exhausted by the thought. Running, jogging, swimming, bobbing (for apples.) However, we want you to take a moment and think about what the excruciating Hell it would be to wrestle for 60 minutes straight against a man who holds no punches. That, is what Johnny Gargano did tonight. We’ve always considered him a wee bit crazy, but this is what finally confirmed it for us here at Johnny-Gargano.com.

Nonetheless, we commend him for it, and most importantly, we — and everyone else, I’m sure — thank him for it. In an Iron Man match against Jason Axe, Johnny did what Johnny does best: Gave his all. He gave his all for sixty straight minutes, and ultimately, the Ohioan gained the victory tonight in Syracuse, New York.

Send him all your exhausted thank you’s, and perhaps a few thousand gallons of water. He might need it.
